The Princess is the first British royal of her generation to become a stepmother. Mr Mapelli Mozzi’s 4-year-old son, Wolfie, served as both the best man and page boy at the royal wedding last week.
He wore pale blue silk shorts and an ivory silk shirt.
The wedding marked the first time since Prince Charles married Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, in 2005 that a member of the Royal Family became a stepmother.
Princess Beatrice is the first of her generation and the first grandchild of the Queen to step into the role of a stepmother.
A source told People magazine: “Beatrice is a wonderful and very hands-on stepmum.”
The source previously told People magazine Princess Beatrice has “embraced” Wolfie as “part of her life from the outset”.
They added: “He is very much part of their life.
“Edo is easily one of the best dads, he is so involved, and Beatrice is already showing that she’s a fantastic step-mummy.
“They’ve been on family vacations together. They are really happy.”

Buckingham Palace released four pictures of the royal wedding over the weekend.
One shows the newly weds leaving The Royal Chapel of All Saints in Windsor through a floral archway.
Another photograph portrays the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh standing socially distanced from the couple.
The Queen loaned Princess Beatrice a vintage dress for her wedding day.
The Norman Hartnell design was originally worn by the Queen to a performance of Lawrence of Arabia in 1962.
Her Majesty also loaned a diamond fringe tiara to Princess Beatrice which the Queen wore on her own wedding day in 1947.
The couple planned to marry in May but had to postpone due to the coronavirus pandemic.
In a statement, Buckingham Palace said: “Her Royal Highness Princess Beatrice of York and Mr Mapelli Mozzi have been touched by the warm wishes they have received since their wedding, and are delighted to share two additional photographs of their happy day.”
The wedding photographs show Princess Beatrice wearing the royal tiara and vintage gown.
