The Duke and Duchess of Sussex moved to Los Angeles in March 2020 after stepping down as senior members of the Royal Family. Speaking on the Armchair Expert podcast released on May 13, The Duke of Sussex expressed that living in the US feels “different” to living in the UK.
He said: “Living here now I can lift my head. I feel different, my shoulders have dropped.
“You can walk around feeling a bit more free.
“I take Archie out on the back of my bicycle.”
Prince Harry appeared on the podcast to talk about mental health, which has been one of the Duke’s subjects of interest for some time.
During the “tell-all” interview with Oprah Winfrey back in March, Harry’s wife, Meghan Markle, admitted to struggling with mental health problems she alleged were not adequately supported by the Firm.
Prince Harry is set to rejoin Oprah when a new documentary series about mental health airs later this month.
The Duke of Sussex said going out in London required walking with his head lowered and a baseball cap to hide his face.
He added that he once met up with Meghan in disguise for a date at a London supermarket.

“That’s not news.
“These kids don’t get a say in it.”
Buckingham Palace released a statement after Harry and Meghan’s interview with Ms Winfrey.
It described the whole family as “saddened to learn the full extent of how challenging the last few years have been for Harry and Meghan”.
The statement said issues raised were “concerning” and would “be addressed by the family privately”.
It added: “Harry, Meghan and Archie will always be much loved family members.”
