Prince Edward arrives at Windsor Castle to see grieving Queen after Prince Philip’s death

ITV News Royal Editor Chris Ship tweeted: “The Duke of Edinburgh’s youngest son, Prince Edward has just arrived at Windsor Castle to see his grieving mother, the Queen.” Mr Ship also tweeted: “Just posted by the Royal Family with the Queen’s words from 1997, he has, quite simply, been my strength and stay all these years, and I, and his whole family, and this and many other countries, owe him a debt greater than he would ever claim, or we shall ever know.” Prince Edward, the Earl of Wessex, was interviewed after the Duke of Edinburgh’s death, and he reflected on his childhood with his father.
