Line of Duty will be concluding its sixth season on BBC One tonight, Sunday, May 2, with many questions left up in the air. One of which is the future of Detective Superintendent Ted Hastings (played by Adian Dunbar). Could it be that this will be the last series with Ted leading the way at AC-12?
WARNING: This article contains spoilers from Line of Duty.
Is Ted Hastings leaving AC-12?
In season five of Line of Duty, Ted found himself in some trouble with his bosses.
He had been suspected of being H as he was found with £50,000 in cash in his hotel room with the remaining other half of the money missing.
Ted went through a disciplinary hearing and was lucky to hang on to his position by the skin of his teeth.
As fans saw earlier on in the series, not everyone had yet forgotten his dodgy dealings as he wasn’t invited to attend a meeting with some of his colleagues and was told frequently to keep his head down.

Along with Ted’s future, there are still many questions that have yet to be answered.
There is still no concrete evidence to prove who really killed Gail Vela and put Terry Boyle (Tommy Jessop) in the clear.
Jo is in prison for her involvement with the OCG but will she be safe in there after Jimmy Lakewell (Patrick Baladi) was killed, in fear of him being a grass?
Also, there is also the matter of the identity of the Fourth Man which could be revealed in the series six finale.
There isn’t too long left before fans can find out the truth once and for all.
