The chocolate diet plan aims to reduce your sugar cravings, and so Dhruti had to quit sugar – including fizzy drinks.

In just two weeks, Dhruti lost 10lbs after following the rules to the letter.

She went from 12 stone 3 to a slim 11 stone 7 in just 14 days.
