Chelsea have reportedly agreed terms with Rennes to sign Edouard Mendy with the deal to be announced next week and it comes after another poor performance from Kepa Arrizabalaga. Chelsea were in action on Sunday against defending Premier League champions Liverpool in an early test for Frank Lampard’s side.
